Project Proposal: Exploring Ethnic Food Restaurants in the Five Boroughs of NYC

Overview

This project will provide an interactive and data-driven exploration of ethnic food restaurants across the five boroughs of New York City. Through visual storytelling, users will gain insights into the diversity, and distribution of ethnic cuisines in NYC.

Our project will feature interactive visualizations that display restaurant locations, cuisine types, and borough-specific trends. Users can explore different ethnic food categories and analyze restaurant density in different areas, helping locals and visitors find diverse dining options.
